🧪 Totally Unique Curing System Starmourn’s curing systems no longer revolve around potions or curative herbs, but rather a high-tech Wetwiring system threaded into the very biology of each spacer. Wetwiring consists of 5 Subsystems: Muscular, Internal, Sensory, Mind, and Wetwiring. Damaging specific subsystems will lead to ramping afflictions on your target, unless they master the art of mending and repair operations during combat.

🚀 Starships and Space Exploration Every player enters the Starmourn Sector with a bootleg Interceptor level starship to pilot through the stars. From there, it’s up to you to decide your path. Will you be a titan of industry, a pirate raiding NPC caravans, a Warden of protection, a bombardier taking out Cosmpiercers and Incursions, or something entirely new? Starships double as space-ready homes, with the option to build out the mapped space and each room to your own personal specifications.

⚔️ Unique PvE and PvP The introduction of props changed the game in PvP for Starmourn. Kickstart a brawl in the cantina by flipping over your table, firing off shots at your target while shoulder rolling between cover. Maybe you’ll find yourself wandering the deserts of Ixsei, taking cover behind a boulder as you flood the crystal sands with molten plasma. For PvE, many class combat abilities and afflictions target mobs and players alike, creating flexibility for your hunts and room to develop your own personal combat style.

From helping reassemble factory powerlines, to rescuing plushies for a nanite-resurrected child, to retrieving half-digested tools from a dragon with the tummy-rumblies, there is always someone to help in the Starmourn sector.

💀 Hardcore Mode Ready for some risk? Starmourn is the first IRE title to offer Hardcore Mode, wherein your player character will not clone back to life if they perish. Survive long enough to climb the rankings, and maybe someone will erect a Memorial Plinth to honor you after you inevitably succumb to your mortal coil.

🎭 Roleplay Focus Many of the current systems in Starmourn support immersive roleplay, from Performances which allow players to put on free-form concerts and shows, to Museum Research wherein players assemble in a Museum backroom to conduct free-form experiments and investigations to uncover secrets of the Sector. Even in Legacy Mode, the Admin team remains dedicated to supporting our players’ Requests, direct submissions for Admin event support, area building, and more!

💻 Hack the Stars, Spacer Hacking the Sector is not only possible, but encouraged in Starmourn. Hacking is a minigame with a dedicated skill tree that allows players to merge into The Grid. You might have a door to gain access to an off-limits area, or a bank to embezzle marks from a shady figure, or an info system to learn something new about the world.
