We offer a huge variety of classes — most entirely original and exclusive to this MUD. The few that aren't have been completely reworked with new skills and mechanics. With 8 base classes, 22 subclasses, countless variations within each, and hundreds of skills to choose from, you can build a character unlike anything you'll find elsewhere.

War of Legend doesn't play like a typical GodWars MUD. Stats matter — a lot. Loot is generated with Diablo II-style randomness, so no two items dropped by creatures are ever identical. Alongside that, a curated set of unique items lets you push toward the highest tiers of raw power.

Our custom forging system lets you enhance and upgrade weapons and armor through six tiers of growth, each building on the last. Socket jewels into your gear for extra bonuses, and become a serious threat to anyone who crosses you.

Gold is the lifeblood of War of Legend — spend it on uniques, forging, and tattoos that layer stats and enhancements onto your character. Collect materia, items that grow in power alongside you, each granting a unique and formidable effect.

Climb through 200 levels of progression, and at the top, unlock class mastery — a unique item and ability that sets you apart and cements your identity as a master of your class. Every level brings new skills, new strength, and sharper combat prowess.

Combat here is deep and varied: ranged warfare, stealth kills, damage-over-time spellcraft, arena duels, and more. The more you fight and win, the stronger you become.

So whether you snipe enemies from afar as a Sentinel, strike from the shadows as a Ninja, tear foes apart as a Demon, call down divine wrath as a Zealot, command the forces of death as one of the Undead, unleash fang and claw as a Werewolf, or crush your enemies with the aerial assaults of a Dragoon — come find out if you have what it takes.
