Infinium

Sometime in the late 40th Century, mankind discovered an element whose properties allowed them to traverse a dimension one higher than their physical space allowed: time. The reckless onslaught of time travelers began to rip apart this newly discovered infiniverse, creating what was described as a time black hole to the uneducated public. To prevent the exponential expansion of this catastrophic vacuum of time and space, the greatest minds of the current era were gathered to patch this tear at its source, creating what we now call the Nexus.

After stopping the accelerated implosion of the infiniverse, experts were brought in from the not-too-distant future, and with them came the technology to safely and responsibly navigate across all of time. Now, mankind has the technology to pass through all of the infinite possibilities of time and space without fear of harm or repercussion. All thanks to... Infinium.

We take a metrovanian approach to muds, giving the player the option to hack and slash their way to victory, or explore (and read those detailed room descriptions) to find glory and treasure.
